Why Instrument Rating?

The Instrument Rating is an additional qualification that pilots must have in order to safely navigate an aeroplane. As the name denotes, instrument rating equips the candidates to operate aeroplanes by solely referring to the flight instruments. Having a valid instrument rating can help candidates aspiring to grow to captain from co-pilot to achieve their dream.

Instrument Rating Programme

The Instrument Rating programme covers various topics such as the rules and procedures that are specific to instrument flying and classes on meteorology. The ground training classes will cover subjects such as Air Traffic Regulations, Air Traffic Control (ATC) Systems and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Navigation. These topics are instrumental in analysing and identifying an individual’s expertise in flight procedures, meteorological conditions and how they make decisions in several situations.
